Creativitatea este definita de mai multe surse ca fiind un proces mental si social care implică generarea unor idei sau concepte noi.
Ce este pentru noi creativitatea?
Creativitadea este o calitate, un plus pe care Renania doreste sa il incurajeze si pe care il apreciaza. De aceea unul din membrii juriului “Safety Awards Gala” este Tedi Migdalovici.
Cu o vasta experienta in domeniul creativitatii, de-a lungul timpului a fost invitata la numeroase evenimente unde a vorbit despre: managementul de brand, tendintele creativitatii, inteligenta emotionala si diplomatie privata.
Tedi Migdalovici este fondatoarea primei scoli de creativitate “The Alternative School”, a fost jurat in cadrul mai multor competitii cum ar fi: The Globes, IAB, White Square.
De asemenea a orchestat mai multe evenimente la nivel local, dar si regional.
Toate acestea, dar si participarea sa la diverse evenimente si gale internationale si colaborari cu brand-uri de renume vor aduce juriului o viziune fresh menita sa scoata in evidenta cele mai originale case-uri.

The “Cambridge Dictionary” defines creativity as the ability to produce or use original and unusual ideas.
What is creativity for us?
Creativity is a quality, a plus that we appreciate and we want to encourage.
That is why one of the members of the „Safety Awards Gala” jury is Tedi Migdalovici.
An awarded consultant, author and trainer with a background in creative strategy, impacting brands and businesses alike, Tedi Migdalovici has served over the years as juror in various competitions – The Globes, IAB, White Square – while also successfully orchestrating local and regional events herself.
Her expertise in selecting original, memorable, impactful ideas and solutions that have the power to challenge or change the category will bring charisma and a fresh perspective to the jury.
